Sketches to share

Couple of days ago I decided to join 'meetups'. I joined "Artists and Illustrators" and other drawing groups because I get lonely. And want to draw better.

This was from the performance by musicians from the Royal College of Music, at Royal Festival Hall, Southbank.  Its hard to tell since I only drew heads and most of them are the audience.

  It took me time to get into it really but I managed to produce some convincing profiles....well, some.

 The gentleman above was my favorite not because I had grasped the biro by then, but because of his expression. He really enjoyed the music, expressing his appreciation by nodding along with closed eyes.

Spring Cleaning

Spent yesterday clearing my cluttered room and made a few discoveries, so I want to share my favorites with you.

Its funny how easily one forgets what you have.

 In between the projects, I've been trying to draw strange futuristic vehicles. Motorcycles in particular.

 Being perfectionist me, its not that good- but hey, its a testament to the progress I've made!

Things have been slow for me for the last fortnight; spent a night in hospital, week in bed, a morning presenting my animatic, time with family, and opened up a Twitter account. Yup.
